yes it is a gif

all you need to do is create a gif that animates to the same size of an ico file
and put this code into the indx.php of the template file in the header
just before this code </head>

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/ec.gif" type="image.gif">

just change the red text above to the name of your gif and upload the gif file to the image folder of the template

Ha Ha  Like the site...love the classic leather steering wheel cover header borrowed from the top of RT DEMOS.  I had already been eyeing that header!    As a member anything downloadable is okay, right Andy? LOL

Site looks great but I do have to say - the logo needs a little spice. Its got a nice shape but nooooo character or depth.  So, it gives the site a I am still in work look, instead of the polished look of the rest of the site.

Also, nice favicon but I bet you could put a disco ball in there with some laser lights and really get that Icon a jumping.

I finally got my Joomla content to display on my Phpbb forum

you will see the top 3 modules displaying content from the site
so how was it done??
I took the easyway out and cloned the sites template
stripped all the code out so there was just 3 module posistions left
created a page
assigned a menu to it
assigned the stripped down template to the menu
then on the phpbb forum I linked the page through an Iframe
simple

there is a slight delay so I might just call the need parts of joomla in phpbb but this will do for the short term
