If you want the same red as in the template, change in forum.css:

#fireboard table.fb_blocktable thead tr th {
   background: #D12E2E;
   padding: 2px;
   color: #ffffff;
   font-weight: normal;
   }

and

#fireboard .fb_header {
   background: #D12E2E;
   height: 30px;
   }
