Bridge?

Does anyone have any suggestions for the easiest way to bridge joomla and phpbb3? Just starting to look into it and what I've seen so far doesn't seem that simple. Just curious if anyone has had any luck doing it and if so, what did you use.

RokBridge development appears to have stalled; however, it worked fine for me in sync mode when I last tested it...and I hear Jfusion works like a champ...CB connector is supposed to get it done, too, but think the other two are your only alternatives right now.
I think Jfusion sounds like it would be easier to get off the ground.
