Additional Comments:

Not sure about the color (red) of the address module yet and I plan to work on the logo / header. I've been very pleased working with the Chromatophore template. Made a few changes to the CSS and index.php.

the red on the address module and on the active menu spoil the party. I would go for the olive green, like on the logo.

On employee interest survey the title is repeated.

On the menu items, green on cyan doesn't really bring out a striking combination.

Change the fav icon.

Otherwise, simple and nice.

it's a nice simple (but effective) site.

I agree about the colours - the great thing about Chromatphore is you can select any colours you like (no kidding   Wink) so your logo may be a good starting point. Use the eyedropper in a tool like ColorZilla (in FireFox) to pick the colours out of a logo. It's really useful.

Also on the logo - it may look a bit more punchy if you remove white background (only an idea).

Anyway, good job and nice work
