Article Title on Article Full Display Page Turn off

How do you turn off the duplicate title at the top of the article page? The global functions turns off the second occurrence which also removes it from the frontpage. I want to eliminate the first occurrence on the full article page.

This is an issue with Joomla 1.5.4 after the upgrade and will be fixed with Joomla 1.5.5.
