Hello! This is my second post here!

I need to add more fields to the Contact form here (main menu link: "Contacto"): www.loshalcones.edu.co/website

It's actually showing: Name and last name, e-mail address, tittle and the body of the message. I need to add fields like: Address, city, a drop-down for interests (if possible), phone and mobile, etc.

How can I do this?

By the way, I'm customizing the Catalyst theme... this is my first time doing it, so I appreciate all the help. It's starting to look great!

Well, after reviewing similar posts and the extensions on the page GollumX suggested, I used all of the free extensions for building forms, and when I was just giving up because some of them didn't work properly or had ugly promotional banners, I tried CK Forms at last, and it worked perfect!!! Just perfect!!!! I just did the lowercase changes to two of the values on PHP, as it was recommended in the download page, and that was all it required to work perfectly.

I consider this entry CLOSED (I don't know how to close it).
