Joomla Control Panel

Hello Everybody!

I have a question. I have a website that is new. Host is Doteasy.Com. I do not like its Control panel, actually it doesn't have one. and I have an experience with joomla control panel. What I want is: I want to use joomla control panel with my doteasy hosted website which is $ 0 hosting plan. Is it possible. And I want to use one of rockettheme templetes.

Any help is appreciated.
