Hi RT Members
My first post here! I am looking for a suggestion from you guys.  I am building a educational website. What according to you is the best RT theme for this?

Before I joined rockettheme, I made my school's website:

You really have to envision what you want your site to look like; layout, color scheme. etc....

IMHO... the module positions are key in choosing a template.

While changing colors and tweaking the template is fairly simple and straightforward, adding and shifting module positions are not....

(Not impossible but not for the 'beginner')

In my case, I had a site 75% set up but didn't like the module positions once I stated coming closed to the end...

I founder it easier to start over with a template with module positions that suited me best rather than trying to shift things around..

1. Envision you site....

2. Choose a template that closely matches the layout you envision.

3. Tweak the site to get everything looking the way you want....

I don't have a lot of experience modding a theme, but I've found a few different themes worked well for school sites I've done.  I used MediaMogul for the school I'm at (www.sspatriots.org).  I'm using Chromatophore for another school in the area (not done yet).  I like it because its so easy to customize it for the school's colors.  I've also used colormatic before for the same reason.
