Oh, I LOVE it!  Please tell me what you used to create the deal where you roll over the name of the community and the photo next to it changes--that's neat!

Looks great.. I am trying to get mine together but haven't figured out how do a few things.. do you have any advice for a newbie..   Heres the site..
