I am running Joomla 1.0.15 and no go.

I have read and tried various things all leading with errors.  Host company will not do squat to assist.  There has to be an easy fix as this seems to be an issue for more than just me.

By the way this is with Host Monster and I just did an install with the newest Template for June with siteground and not even a glitch?

Hmmm...

Still stock with this...

Not really a template issue... I would try the main joomla.org forums - you are likely to get more info there.

I will take a look..I already have been at joomla.org...But I will keep searching.  I figured someone has had this and got it going.

It depends on your host. On some hosting the /tmp/ directory is there, and used by your install, your Joomla install just doesn't have permission to see the directory. If you're on shared hosting, sometimes the server php.ini file will override any effort you make to change that directory.

Is it causing a problem or throwing any error messages? As long as everything is working on your site, I would ignore it.
