Well, no offense. But you said it was faster then any mac, and I'm sorry but I don't like abuse of the word "any".
A little to confident to say that. I don't know how it is where you live, but over here in Norway its regular for mac users to always have to defend themselves for buying something different than most users do.

I apologize for being such a juvenile in the previous post, that is something i rarely do  Wink

Yes the Case examples I used were the basis of a few more anti PC jokes, and the juvenilistic nature of the comments prove the status of the typical entry level Mac user.

Being a Full time Mac Op and solving a vast collection of issues myself, I will now be sure not to share such knowledge here.  Smugness seems to be an artform amongst Mac centic forums and personally it gets quite sickening.

This board wasn't designed for arguing Smiley But to share our experiences of Apple, in particular, the Mac with one another. Whether that be how much we love the machines or the more important stuff like; what apps we use to do web related stuff, which ones we loved, which ones we hated or general workflow on OSX that makes your life easier and more productive! Smiley

Have you guys had a chance to check out this new FTP app, that are exclusive to Leopard, yet?
Name is Flow.
The only thing I miss about it is Transmit's integration with Coda.
Other than that it rocks for previewing videos, sound files and such using quicklook. 
A nifty app worth checking out Wink

I did actually try Flow, didn't seem to be as powerful as Transmit as was lacking some of those features that I just can't live without, the single view option being one of them.

Yeh, I find myself using Transmit for real work, but it's nice to see some alternatives on the market.

Btw, what email clients do you experienced mac users use. I switched to mac just 3 months ago and are a bit unhappy with thunderbird, and unsure about entourage and mail.

What do you recommend for an user with large amounts of email every day?

I loved Filezilla on the PC, but it must be just my personal experience but it crashed so many times on my Mac, seemed buggy for me.

For Mail, I just use Mail - I like the general interface and I'm not a big emailer anyway Smiley

I tried thunderbird, but it just seemed so clunky compared to mail.app.  mail.app is fast and works great, if only i could color certain messages to flag them.
