In Frame module loading really slow.

For some reason the inframe module is taking forever to load.  Here is the link http://doanewestern.com//index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=71&Itemid=97

This site has been up since January and I don't remember the link to the pdf file in the media folder taking this long before I updated Joomla to the most recent version.

Message Edited:  Just tried the site from home and the pdf table loaded fine.
