What Tutorials do you want to see?

Ok, I think the tutorials that Thomas did have gone over very well. These cover a sample template customization and really give a good overview of the elements involved in customizing a template to make it your own.
What other tutorials would you like to see? Please post your requests here. I'm thinking the two short, easy ones that are often requested would be:
How to modify/export a logo from a source PNG file with fireworks
How to create a menu to take advantage of the "splitmenu","supersucker", etc.
How to identify and change an element in a template (ie, with web developer tools)
How to handle and solve permission problems
What else can you guys think of? Also if anyone is interested in writing any of these please let me know. I'll gladly give you credit and put your link on the page etc.
Cheers,

Andy,
I'd like to know how to build custom navigation menus (horizontal and vertical) for Joomla sites. And also the User 1 thru 9 module positions and using them on a template. What can be put in those postions once set.
Oh, and how can I take an existing webpage (static) and convert it to being a Joomla Template, tricky when the site has CSS already in it.

Here's one I'd like to see: How to add additional module positions to an existing template.
This would be really useful especially for those using some of the earlier templates where not as many module positions were available.

I'd like to know how to export Fireworks PNG to Photoshop PSD without losing the slices...
PSD files available for download here do not have slices

I don't think it's possible.

I would like to wholeheartedly second this request!
I have asked this question at several places
but never got a good answer exactly WHERE
to add the necessary code.
I really would like the ForestFire template
to be as versitile as... well as Versatility.

The problem with this one is that for every template it's a different process. It really is very dependent on the structure of the template. I can pick one as an example, but it most likely won't translate well to other templates.

What I'm looking for is really to understand the concept of how it's done rather than a step-by-step for any given template.
Of course, it would need one of the templates to be used as an example, but if the concept is one that can be explained, it would help a lot with the learning process. Sort of teach someone how to fish for themselves rather than provide the fish on a platter, if you know what I mean.
The one example I'd asked about earlier was with regard to adding a banner module above the main content area and under the horizontal menu in GlobalBiz. I actually saw it done on a site while doing some idle surfing but just can't find the site any more.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Another idea:
Micro-tutorials
on specific templates
done by you and/or any other members?
Linklists
Relevant links to the manuals
and information (+ forum links) from Joomla.org?
Cheers, HansNL

For me, I'd like to see CSS and PHP tutorials.
I'm not looking for complete top to bottom tutorials, but small tit-bit "know how's" (how to add/create a new module and relevant css, etc...) that would help users develop their rockettheme sites.

Completely OT, but it reminded me of one of my trips to Italy, many years ago. I'd visited a restaurant in Assisi where the menu was only in Italian and none of the wait staff spoke English. Being adventurous and hungry at the same time makes for a dangerous combination; nevertheless I simply pointed to one of the items from the pizza menu. After all, how wrong can you go with pizza in Italy?
Very wrong, it turned out. What I ordered was some dastardly stinky fish pizza which incredibly turned out to taste even worse than it smelled. It turned me off any form of fish pizza for life.
Having said that, I must add it was my only bad food experience I've had in Italy, which remains one of my favourite countries to visit. Great people, fantastic atmosphere.
