The welcome email is automatically generated after you have complete the payment process.

If you used PayPal, the email is sent to the email address that is associated to the PayPal account that was used.

If you used 2Checkout, it will go to the email address you entered during the payment process with 2Checkout.

NOTE: This email is sent as soon as the account is created. It may take up to an hour to arrive depending on the mechanism your mail provider uses to process it’s mail. If you still have not received the email after 1 hour, please check your Spam/Bulk email folder. Yahoo is especially over-protective in this regard and often identifies the welcome email as spam.
