How about subdomains? Though I have only used one of my 3, I am working on a large site with 3-4 subdomains (mysite.com/india, mysite.com/china, et al), so thought I would ask. Wink

If this is okay, then I have another question...after that site, I am also working on a couple more similar sites, which would take me to 4 with RT templates (assuming the subs count as 1); therefore, could I signup for another year early to get the 2 extra templates in use and the year would add-on to my current expiration date?

...if that makes sense. Wink

These limitation are so overwhelming that I just feel they should be "advertised" in every page of this theme club with a big flashing "Warning!" sign besides it, especially BEFORE anyone signs up to then discover, one day, how restrictive the RocketTheme terms and conditions really are.

Maybe it's just me, plain old dinosaur, who didn't see this clearly displayed "warning / danger / limitations" information on the entry page of this theme club and if so, please indicate me where it is.

Just say no man, you can do it!

you can display 'images' of sample sites, sure, i'de rather you not have a public demo site, but you can privately demo to a prospective client.

What? Why so strict? I don't see the big deal if I am pro. Showing live sites is what my clients want to see. They don't want to see screen shots- LOL! I am certainly not going pro that's for sure. It will be waste considering your strict terms. After all we are going to pay you a good chunk of money upfront.

Something happened, but I think they just Reworked and Reorganized under another name... Seems like the same community.. your username and password still work...

Ninjoomla is now NinjaForge. All extensions are the same, the forum and accounts were ported over.

Huh?

That doesn't make sense.

In that case they can scrape a site off any joomla  website, including the demos displayed on various joomla template sites.

As the saying goes, if they want something bad enough there's little you can do to stop them. Thieves that is.

It maybe better to discuss in the General Discussions board as this thread is focused on the Terms and Conditions changes.

Back to Reply #10 - how do you define non-profit? For example, if I create a site for a non-profit organization, but they sell stuff on that site, does that count?

lovin' the themes, keep up the awesomeness.
