Check the path in your configuration.php.
I believe that it should read:
http://www.yoursite.com
and not
http://yoursite.com

This is a Joomla 1.x site and not a 1.5 site I assume?

When I open up http://www.thebestjams.com/movies and view the source, all of the paths are http://thebestjams.com/ .

What 3rd party extensions are you using? What do you mean by "sub-folder sites"?

Before this problem cropped up, did you make any changes to the .htaccess file?

A question....do you have your SEO on? or are you using a SEF component?

SEO is on, I did not change the htaccess.  Is there a special code i need to insert into my htaccess, I woke up and all of my subfolder sites were acting up. Subfolder means  thebestjams.com/folder name   /vote  /movies /articles  /mixtapes  all do not show correctly.  Thanks for your help.
