Will this mess up my machine if I am running IE7 regular and install this tool? I just recovered from a bad system crash and got a new drive that I don't want to mess up!

IE Dev tool is just like Firebug for IE, albeit not as advanced. It shouldn't mess up your system but with Windows, who knows.
