Populus in Joomla1.5
1) Home page (no author, date name, login Buttons, footer lines):   Written by - DATE_FORMAT_LC2 - FOOTER_LINE1
2) Unique language EN then why the warming JFolder::folder: Path is not a folder /home/....../language?
3) How is the best way to insert the bottom menu of privacy, contact, fetaures, accessibility, ...

Our problem is that the author, date and buttons have been dissapear.
In consequence our question is how we can fix this initial problems in the NATZARDS.org hoempage?
