installing the template content without running the rocket launcher

Is there any way to install the content of a Rocket Theme template without having to install Joomla again? My host installs (ed) everything for me.. but I would like to have the content directly from the templates to mess around with.  Thanks!

You will have to input the content manually into the Joomla admin
