web link problem

I have placed a link to an external website

http://www.canditravel.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=21&Itemid=31

I have done this from static content and used the link button from within this

The link shows ok on my published page, but when the link is followed it takes me to an index page

Can someone help me out with this please
