You may wish to reupload all the files to see if there are any missing.

You'd have to remove your current Joomla installation first, I'd backup first though.`

Thanks for your help, reinstall and works.
One more question, when i started the configuration of rocketlauncher in the root web i try configure to db that i was created but doesnt work. So i gave to another database that has no password and it worked. Now I am concerned if it worked because the user who has used have all the privileges on or open for anyone to access. any hint? my url:

Robert, I have unzipped and ftp'd the Populus_j15 files. There is no folder structure in the download. Everything extracted to individual files. Is this normal? I doesn't look at all like your screen shots. When I attempted to complete the setup I got the following message:
Warning: main(/home/content/c/e/n/[mysite]/html/Joomla_RT_Populus_j15/includes/defines.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/c/e/n/[mysite]/html/Joomla_RT_Populus_j15/index.php on line 21
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/content/c/e/n/[mysite]/html/Joomla_RT_Populus_j15/includes/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/c/e/n/[mysite]/html/Joomla_RT_Populus_j15/index.php on line 21
Any ideas?

You just need to...
1. Upload the files to your server
2. Import your database from your local to production server
3. Change the configuration.php file to match the new location and database information

I seem to have hit a brick wall. When trying to install perihelion I continue to receive the following error message at both the FTP configuration page and the Configuration page - "Error: the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid." Additionally, when trying to install I repeated get redirected back to the "Choose a Language" Page when hitting the next buttons. I'd really like to be able to upload this template with rocketlauncher. Any ideas? Thanks! If it matters - GoDaddy is my ISP.

That appears to be cropping up quite a lot and I don't know entirely why, may wish to ask at
http://forum.joomla.org
about that. Ensure you are using the latest J! version (1.5.6)
