Title: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Andy Miller on September 18, 2006, 09:45:38 AM I was letting this slide but now it's getting out of hand. Membership in any RocketTheme template or theme club is more than just the ability to download great templates, it's also a membership in this community. If you want to continue to use the resources here, please keep up your membership. Even if your membership lapses, you can still renew for a full year at the discount price of $60, that's a 20% off the regular price.
http://www.rockettheme.com/Renew_your_RTTC_Membership/ Really this is a great deal especially if you are trying to get help for an issue. Most competent developers would charge you $75/hour or more for answers of the caliber you will find in these forums. All further posts made concerning a specific template or theme will be moved to the relevant club forums. cheers, Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Eric Landers on October 06, 2006, 01:04:55 AM Great --but where are the "relevant theme forums"?
There's no indication of this in this forum's listings. ric Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Yves on October 06, 2006, 01:08:57 AM Great --but where are the "relevant theme forums"? Under Joomla Templates (http://www.rockettheme.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=149&) and SMF Themes (http://www.rockettheme.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=149&). Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Eric Landers on October 06, 2006, 01:16:51 AM Sorry, but I don't see Joomla templates anywhere, even when I follow your link.
But here's my problem. I posted it to the theme forum yesterday and haven't yet received an answer.(and don't know how to get back) here's my site. mahamfuneralhome.com It looks alright in Foxfire but in IE 7 the columns bleed. Note the little white box at the top of the left column. How do I fix that? ric Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Eric Landers on October 06, 2006, 01:24:02 AM Great --but where are the "relevant theme forums"? Under Joomla Templates (http://www.rockettheme.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=149&) and SMF Themes (http://www.rockettheme.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=149&). To repeat, there are 7 headings in the general forum index, none of which is "joomla templates". Moreover, I've checked each heading and none list the joomla template forum headings. Now, the odd thing about this, is I know this forum exists because I posted there yesterday. But, I've spent over a half hour trying to find it and can't. Can you give me a direct link to the rt_modernbusiness forum? thanks, ric Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Yves on October 06, 2006, 01:36:44 AM Do you have a 3 months membership ? Maybe it's over and you should consider a renewal of your membership (http://www.rockettheme.com/Terms_%26_Conditions/).

Maybe it's over and you should consider a renewal of your membership (http://www.rockettheme.com/Terms_%26_Conditions/). Oh, that's it. It expired yesterday. Ok, but I asked my question yesterday and would like to know the answer. Here's my site, mahamfuneralhome.com In IE7 the template columns dont align. Why is that happening? ric Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Mike VanKirk on October 12, 2006, 11:27:43 PM ::) Time to renew!
Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Nick Cavanagh on November 24, 2006, 01:57:37 AM Can i just say that at around this point each month i get slightly nervous...
I call it "Whatifandydecidestocallitadayaphobia ". The fees for Rocket Theme membership are too low in my opinion especially when you consider the quality of work combined with the support of the community. The value is so good I'm trying to get my dog to join. Renewing fees is a no brainer just look at the templates! They get better month by month, and the price stays the same which means the value of membership increases! Come back next Sunday and it's 1.20 more..... ::) Slaps head........ Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Andy Miller on December 18, 2006, 09:42:33 PM as there is more and more templates and templates are becoming more and more complex, i will probably have to up the prices a smidge next year. I'll still keep it very reasonable for existing members however.
Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Nathan Soliz on January 24, 2007, 11:35:32 AM I understand that myself, but what I don't get is once your membership ends you don't get access to the older templates which were there after signing up. I've seen updated template that I didn't get a chance to download before my membership ended.
http://www.joomlart.com/ allows you to update your templates even after your trial is expired some how. This I have to say I totally agree with, except the part about getting the dog to join. . . my lab drools in the keyboard ::) Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Carlos H. on May 21, 2008, 08:08:52 AM Hello,

Title: Re: Please don't post template specific questions here Post by: Lanesa Stubbs on September 08, 2008, 03:39:41 PM This is my second renewal and I still have not gotten an answer to my question regarding the slideshow disappearing off of the perihelion templates. I've had 17 views and not one response. It says don't use the contact form use the forum.
I posted a question and still no answer. Is there a specific section of the forum for newbies and renewed membership or am I in the bunch with questions being asked and membership lapsed. Must have been a session glitch yesterday :)
