Title: RocketWerx Site Launched
Post by: Andy Miller on May 14, 2008, 03:51:08 PM
Ok, a new but ultimately temporary RocketWerx site has been launched.  This is our new home until we bring everything under the RocketTheme v2 site in the coming months.  We've been working pretty hard on setting it up to provide you with a tonne of new information about our existing RocketWerx products.  Check it out today:

Ahhh...I wondered what that link was in the forums.
Looking good. :)

BTW...what are you using for the blog?

The blog is just plain old joomla articles with "intense debate" for the comments: http://www.intensedebate.com/

With the url rewriting it is hard to tell.
Thanks for the detail bits.

I like it, very clean and Web 2.0 ish. Sure would make a good club template!

It's not?  I thought it was Simplix, myself...same general premise. ;)

it's a custom one, but very similar to simplix i suppose.

It did remind me of simplix but I like RocketWerx navigation tabs/buttons better. Give me some of that "Dog Food" please.
:)

me too! but we are steadily moving closer. the process of moving to the new site is HUGE!  it's a major major endeavor and i'm spending a lot of time trying to ensure it goes as smooth as possible.

I would love to see some summary of what we can expect from the new version. I.e. addons are third-party, or inhouse. Etc.

Hey, I also found Intense Debate very interesting on the RocketWerx site. Any chance we could get a quick tip on installation? Just curious where we drop the javascript snippet...

just put the javascript snippet at the bottom of your article.. it's dead easy :)

So you add the snippet to each article? I assume this requires turning off WYSIWYG editors?

Pro Version Features
The Fre  version will have all the Free features plus much more. Those features may include but are not limited to:

;D guess it's just the editor in me. A small typo on the rokdownloads page.  Think it should read "Pro" not Fre....
Nice site Andy.

At one time wasn't there variations of some RT themes on the RocketWerx site? For example, I'm looking for the lighter versions of Dimensions - I could've sworn there was a snow scene/version on one, and some other lighter colored versions. If they are still around can you please tell me where I can access them. Thanks in advance!

I think your looking for the labs section:

http://labs.rockettheme.com/

specifically the light version of dimensions is here:
