Joomla 1.5.17 General Bug Fix

With the release of Joomla! 1.5.17 a known issue has been discovered in some templates. This issue affects "Forgot Password" functionality, which has been given an extra field in Joomla! 1.5.16 and affects Joomla! 1.5.17. These templates have been updated to correct this issue.
