Installation - Joomla 1.5
Downloading the Template Files
- MetaMorph v2 Template (rt_metamorph_v2_j15.tgz) This file is the template package you will use to install MetaMorph v2 into Joomla.
- MetaMorph v2 Custom Extensions (metamorph-extensions-j15.zip) This package contains each of the individual custom extensions included in the MetaMorph v2 template release.
- MetaMorph v2 Source PNGs (metamorph-v2-sources.zip) This package contains the Adobe Fireworks source PNGs for making modifications and customizations to the images in the template. You will need Adobe Fireworks image editing to fully utilize the Source PNG files.
Using the Joomla Installer
From the Menu in your Joomla Administrator, go to Extensions → Install/Uninstall.
Next, browse for your rt_ metamorph_v2_j15.tgz file you downloaded and then click Upload File & Install.

Making MetaMorph v2 the Default
Next, go to Extensions → Template Manager. Find rt_ metamorph_v2_j15 on the list of installed templates.
Select the radio button to the left and then click Default up in the top right corner. MetaMorph is now your default template.
Additionally, you can also edit the template's customization parameters by selecting this same radio button and clicking the "Edit" button in the top right corner.

Using the Joomla Installer
Go to your Admin control panel for your site. In the Menu at the top, go to Installers > Templates - Site.
Next browse for your rt_metamorph_v2.tgz file you downloaded and then click Upload File & Install. Now MetaMorph v2 is installed and in your template list. You should observe an introductory page in which you select Continue.
Making MetaMorph v2 the Default
Next, from your admin control panel, go to Site > Template Manager > Site Templates. This will pull up the list of your installed templates.
Find MetaMorph v2 on the list and select the radio button to the left and then click Default up in the top right corner. MetaMorph v2 will now be the default template.
