Carbonite is bonus Joomla template that we are releasing this month based on the extremely popular Carbonation template. Carbonite is a darker variation and it's packed with the same high-end features as Carbonation.

RTSplitMenu Information
This exclusive RocketTheme menu system in this template use the mainmenu by default and this menu is configured in the admin administator. For these to function correctly, understand that the ‘top level’ menu items will show up as the horizontal buttons across the top of the template. For sub menu items, assign Parent Item to these top menus to the top-level item. These will then show up below in a submenu when you click on a top-level item.
Installation - Joomla 1.5
Downloading the Template Files
- Carbonite Template (rt_carbonite_j15.tgz) This file is the template package you will use to install Carbonite into Joomla.
- Carbonite Source PNGs (carbonite-sources.zip) This package contains the Adobe Fireworks source PNGs for making modifications and customizations to the images in the template. You will need Adobe Fireworks image editing to fully utilize the Source PNG files.
Using the Joomla Installer
From the Menu in your Joomla Administrator, go to Extensions → Install/Uninstall.
Next, browse for your rt_ carbonite_j15.tgz file you downloaded and then click Upload File & Install.

Making Carbonite the Default
Next, go to Extensions → Template Manager. Find rt_ carbonite_j15 on the list of installed templates.
Select the radio button to the left and then click Default up in the top right corner. Carbonite is now your default template.
Additionally, you can also edit the template's customization parameters by selecting this same radio button and clicking the "Edit" button in the top right corner.
