Using the Joomla Installer
From the Menu in your Joomla Administrator, go to Extensions → Install/Uninstall.
Next, browse for your rt_ afterburner_j15.tgz file you downloaded and then click Upload File & Install.

Making Afterburner the Default
Next, go to Extensions → Template Manager. Find rt_ afterburner_j15 on the list of installed templates.
Select the radio button to the left and then click Default up in the top right corner. Afterburner is now your default template.
Additionally, you can also edit the template's customization parameters by selecting this same radio button and clicking the "Edit" button in the top right corner.
Setting up the Navigation
By default, Joomla has the main menu in the "left" position which is not very intuitive. In the Menu Manager of the Joomla Administrator, locate your "Main Menu" module and click it so that you can edit the details. Change the "Position" from "Left" to "Nav". Also set the "Always show sub-menu Items" from "No" to "Yes". The menu should now appear properly with Suckerfish style menus enabled.
