All template and style support questions should posted in the RocketTheme Member Forums on the template board for the specific template or style you are using. Be sure to search the board as well as check the Guides and Solved sub boards as many of the common questions and solutions are already available there.

You may also wish to check the RocketTheme Member Forums as there are thousands of members in the community who may be able to help you with your project.

We define entitlements as a template or style use on a specific Joomla or phpBB3 install. You need an entitlement for each Joomla or phpBB3 install you set up using a RocketTheme template or style. Officially registered non-profit sites can be exempt from an entitlement requirement.

This is best illustrated by an example. If you had 2 entitlements, you could setup 2 sites with our templates such as www.websiteA.com with Mixxmag and www.websiteB.com with Akiraka. You could not setup a 3rd site without either: purchasing more entitlements and/or renewing/upgrading your subscription; or the site you were setting up was a non-profit. Note that downloads are unlimited during your membership and are unaffected by entitlements.

Downloads are unlimited for the duration of your membership, meaning you can download all the templates, extensions, sources and other packages as many times as you like, at any point during your subscription. Note that downloads are unaffected by your entitlements count. Downloads are restricted after your membership expires.

We use the Wikipedia definition, effectively: "A non-profit organization (abbreviated NPO, also not-for-profit) is a legally constituted organization whose objective is to support or engage in activities of public or private interest without any external commercial or monetary profit." We require that it must be a legally registered organization.

Once your RocketTheme Club Membership expires, you will no longer have access to the template and style download sections, the member support forums, or new template and style releases.

The entitlements included in your membership are not time limited, so you can continue using the templates and styles on the sites you set up 'during' your membership, even after your membership has expired. However, you must renew your membership in order to receive additional entitlements and set up new sites using RocketTheme templates and styles.

First the safest bet is to log out of the site, and try logging in again. This should solve 90% of the problems related to logging in or downloading. If you problems continue contact support using the contact us forum and provide us with your account information and any errors you receive.

This is generally due to issues with the migration process from the old RocketTheme site and system to the new phpBB3 based forum. If you were a RocketTheme member prior to December 22, 2008 and are now receiving SQL errors when logging in, contact us and provide us with your account information and a detail of the error you are receiving and we will correct the problem.
