Entitlements refer to the number of instances (sites) that can use our templates, themes, styles, or extensions. 1 entitlement is required for every live instant of a theme or extension. Non-Profit sites are exempt from entitlement restrictions.

Therefore, if you had 3 websites using our templates, you would need 3 entitlements.

A RocketLauncher is an easy-to-install bundle that includes the templates/style/theme and the same sample content used to create the demo sites. This allows you to easily and quickly achieve the same layout and configuration as the demo uses. Downloads are unlimited for the duration of your membership, meaning you can download all the templates,themes, styles, extensions, sources and other packages as many times as you like, at any point during your subscription. Note that downloads are unaffected by your entitlements count. Downloads are restricted after your membership expires.

We require that it must be a legally registered organization.

Once your RocketTheme Club Membership expires, you will no longer have access to the template and style download sections, the member support forums, or new template, style and extensions releases.

The entitlements included in your membership are not time limited, so you can continue using the templates, themes, and styles on the sites you set up 'during' your membership, even after your membership has expired. However, you must renew your membership in order to receive additional entitlements and set up new sites using RocketTheme templates, themes, and styles.

First the safest bet is to log out of the site, and try logging in again. This should solve 90% of the problems related to logging in or downloading. If you problems continue contact support using the contact us forum and provide us with your account information and any errors you receive.

This is generally due to issues with the migration process from the old RocketTheme site and system to the new phpBB3 based forum.
