Keeping track of multiple websites

    • I'm looking for a tool that can help me keep track of all the sites I manage (about 40 or so). Things like:
Joomla or Wordpress version (or straight HTML)
      Host / registrar
      Last backup download date
      Domain name renewal expiration date
      SSL certificate
      Size / bandwidth limit
      Customer contact info
      Last invoice date and number
I keep track of that info using spreadsheets, but it's super-tedious... I could create a database app, but I'm hoping someone already made something like that. Could be a desktop or mobile app, doesn't really matter. Does anyone know of such a tool designed with web designers in mind?

    • you could check out:

      airtable.com
      coda.io

personally, I just let WHM/cPanel handle the site management... it keeps SSLs up to date, has scheduled backups, has account notes you can use... I've never used it WHMCS can handle all the invoicing and customer account stuff too... I run VPS servers mostly; all running WHM/cPanel

I like Xero for accounting/customer financials... much better than Quickbooks anyways
