I was curious if anyone had an idea of a joomla extension that could do the following:
Allow for the following:
-Owner created ticket for project/service
-Assignment of ticket to user/salesman
-Documentation & Picture uploading to ticket, info fields about project/service
-Notifications for each step of the ticket
-Only super user control over creating and deleting tickets
The client has a company where he offers a service for insurance on vehicles and uses agents out of state, he wants to be able to start a service ticket, assign it to a user, have the system notify the agent, they work on the ticket, when finished it notifies him...and he has a database of the tickets where it can output to a printed pdf/style printable document.
Just not sure where to look and thought I'd ask here at the watercooler.
