  • Safe to uninstall Gantry 4 if we plan on only using Gantry 5?

    • Hello everyone,

      We have just moved on to use templates using Gantry 5. Everything is working well now, but we were wondering if it would be safe to uninstall Gantry 4. Does Gantry 5 need Gantry 4 to work properly? If they are not co-dependant, what is the recommended uninstallation process for Gantry 4?

    • Gantry 4 and Gantry 5 are two independent and complete different frameworks that require there own templates. So you can safely uninstall the Gantry 4 template and then uninstall Gantry 4. Gantry 5 and it's template will continue to operate.
