Changing Menu Font in Cerulean

Hi,
I have the Cerulean template and I would like to change the menu font from Casper (I think that's what it is) to BebasNeue. Can anyone tell me how or if it is possible? I changed all instances of Casper to BebasNeue in the menu's css but it didn't work. Any help would be appreciated as I have no clue what to do. Thanks.
