    Can't upload jpg..Failed to move file warning..

      I have been at this for a while ...determined to learn! :D
      Lots of little snags but when I solve them it feels so great!


      I'm trying to upload an image via the editor into the demo/frontpage/rokstories folder

      keep getting

      * Warning: Failed to move file!
      * Error. Unable to upload file.





      Searched some forums, joomla etc and tried some fixes.

      Changed all sots of permissions etc. Maybe not right ones?
      New to everything really so might be something I did/didnt do right?
      I'm a musician..new to the tech stuff. But we all start somewhere.
      Please help on this one.

      I already had to trash one upload of Joomla because I forgot the rocket launcher first time.
      well a few days later..I'm struggling enough to ask for some help..
      I'm using Kinetic...and the demo set up as a starting place.
      can a moderator take a look?

    • I am now able to upload jpg's
      Problem was solved by enabling ftp through Joomla administrators panel.
