Template Installation

Hi
Yes another Newbie. My host had Joomla ver 1.0.7 ready to install which was handy, but itlooks a lot different to all the tutorials I found. I am trying to install a template but it does not have the top menu with the site install option. Can anybody help here?.

it shoudl be there. try clicking on site > tempalte manager > site tempaltes and the pick new.

Thanks for the reply. All I can see in the administration area are the main buttons, 'add new content, section manager, etc' and the right hand menu items, 'logged, components'. There seems to be no 'site' button. Confused!

- or you are not a "super administrator". being merely an "administrator" in joomla is not sufficient to install a template.

Thanks for your help guys. I had the support team at my host look at it and they fidled with something and shazzam! all was well.
Thanks also to Andy for the outstanding Feb template. It's the reason I coughed up the $50 membership. Masterful!
