RokGallery Module Will Not Load

I have used RocketTheme module and extensions off and on for many years. We are using the RocketTheme Ricochet template for many years now. Recently I tried placing a RokGallery slideshow module and it just will not show up. Frustrating! I'm a pretty experienced Joomla user and I'm baffled here. Any help would be appreciated. It is supposed to be showing up on homepage for example in bottom-a position. Here and a few other pages based on assignments.
FYI: We use Akeeba's Admin Tools too. Maybe somehow related? Is it blocked somehow?

- post admin details in the secure tab (blue Full Reply button) and detail the name of your RG module and I'll check it out

- Also, here's another piece to puzzle. We get this error on any 404 pages. Something to do with PHP MYSQL PDO drivers? I looked on the backend and says they're there but?? I also reinstalled Rok extension again but no change.
