Sometimes you get a white page and sometimes you don't which implies to me that it might be timeout related - but it is something about your server config. Your Joomla version is not the latest either. You need to look in both the apapche error log and security log to see if there are any further error messags and ask you hosting company for assistance.
Also, check you .htaccess files are valid for your new server.
Without an error message it's going to be tricky to help you with this.
