Radek - There has already been an answer to to this, it is complicated, but not impossible. It might also come sooner or later.

Here I would say "dragster", or "nothing else matters". It does not matter what the name is though, main thing is we see something new and innovative. We see something we have not seen before. We're definitely doing a few things that have been requested and we hadn't done before in any of our themes with this template. It's coming together. What makes it cool I think is that you have the option to take advantage of these features or not. You're not locked into the demo's example at all. In a few seconds you can change the behavior of one or more pages in a big way. It'll certainly be a lot more flexible, too.
I can, off the top of my head, come up with a dozen different site concepts that this theme works with. All of which I can arrange in the layout manager and styles panel without opening a code editor or touching the CSS. The demo is going to be pretty, but the theme itself will have quite a few particles that have a lot of neat little features under the hood.
