1. Since the "Hmmmm.." forum is closed (Which was a good decision since it really went in every direction), lets try something different.
2. 1. If you have a question about RT, their policies, or anything else, ask it here.
3. 2. If you want to moan and groan or complain about RT, do it here.
4. 3. Upcoming Templates question? Here again, but you might not get an answer.
5. 4. Anything else? Right agin, do it here
6 BUT DO ALL THIS WITH LESS THAN 20 LINES (you can see the line number on the left)
7. The RT Mods need to help here, but if it is more than 20 lines, the response should be deleted. It should also be deleted if one sentence 8. takes up more than 5 lines to count for one line on a computer monitor (This sentence goes over 2 lines, but is line 7).

10. Short and Sweet, keep it simple, say what you have to say, but nothing more. This is 10 lines

It won't be this week, but it could be next week. It's really difficult to say for certain because we don't know if we're going to run in to a bug during testing that takes a long time to fix. The problem is that if I say possibly next week, then we will get post after post from people saying we promised them next week.
That's the challenge. BUT... I detailed a LOT of what's going on in the open letter thread. Please read my responses there for longer explanations. -

Hang in there Ryan! I don't envy your position mate. Please know though, that by saying "not this week" that actually is a good thing. We won't hold you to the next week as we know bugs exist. This gives us a basic time frame to think about when a release may be coming.
Thanks for the update, take care of your wife, sleep a little, and as said earlier...hang in there!

Ryan, you are doing a good job here in the forum, at least most of the time
.
I also know that it is not possible to even be vague about a release date. Anything you say will be held against you if it there is no release in the the possible time frame that might have been set. Even if you say "maybe in 3 weeks if all goes good", there will be complaining going on.
As I said, I am not all that pleased at the moment, there is just not enough "WOW", but I have also not given up on RT. There have been setbacks since the end of 2016, but I am hoping it will get better.
