    • Server Details (Linux/Windows, Hosting service, etc)Linix Apache/2.2.32
      PHP version5.6.30
      Platform (name and version)Joomula 3.6.1
      Template/Extension (name and version)plethora 1.4
      Link to the Issue_replace_here_

      If a link to j35.azsolarcenter.org/ is embedded in an Office document (Word, Excel) and the IE7 Redirect is ON, then the server responds with:

      Unsupported Browser
      We have detected that you are using Internet Explorer 7, a browser version that is not supported by this website. .....

      Even though Firefox is opening the link.

      Is there a fix for this?

    • The current version of Plethora is v1.6 - please backup and update to this version first. You are only using v1.4.

      Also ensure that all other RT products are up to date too.
