WP Fatal error: Class 'RokCommon_Service_Container_Builder' not found in

Dear Support Team,
I have recently migrated my wordpress website to a new host. I was able to link the database and upload all website files but one issue is that when I activate the "RokCommon" plugin, it gives me this error message:
"Fatal error: Class 'RokCommon_Service_Container_Builder' not found in /home/elegal/events.disini.ph/wp-content/plugins/wp_rokcommon/RokCommon/Service.php on line 14"
website is events.disini.ph
The problem is that the roksprocket plugin does not display at all on the frontend along with the error message I get
Could you help assist on this issue please? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Server Details (Linux/Windows, Hosting service, etc) Linux Hosting dot.ph PHP version 5.6 Platform (name and version) Wordpress 4.6.1 Template/Extension (name and version) Plethora v1.2 / RokCommon Library 3.1.12 / RokSprocket 2.1.2 / Rokbox 2.50.5 Link to the Issue events.disini.ph
