[Duplicate] Ambrosia not appearing

Posted this to phpbb forum but there's not much activity. I installed Ambrosia to phpbb 3.1.7 via a bluehost hosted website. I have full access to the ftp. When I preview the style there's no js basically. Whe I activate the style, prosilver still appears. Any help is appreciated.
