Server Details (Linux/Windows, Hosting service, etc) hosting service, bright.net PHP version 5.4.43 Platform (name and version) Joomla 2.5 Template/Extension (name and version) unknown Link to the Issue pandoraoh.com/
The site has obviously not been updated from Joomla 2.5, I suspect this is related to the error. Can't log in to the back end, and can't see the front end. Any advice? I'm wondering if we need to start completely over...

- I'm not aware of any edits or changes at all. I had created the site in Joomla 2.5 when 2.5 was current, then turned it over to someone else to administrate. They likely didn't update anything since then, and are hiring me back on to fix it.

Do you have access to database? also i need FTP info and Joomla info ...
