    • Hello all

      I have, quite a while ago built a site for a friend. Now, recently they tell me that customers have used the contact form in the site but these enquiries have not come through to the office.

      Is there any reason why this may happen and will the same be held somewhere in the system for me to retreive?

      I used the Voxel template and used the ALF contact form. Thsi maybe the problem but thought I would ask here also

    • the handling of email would be entirely unrelated to the template...

      check your email directly on your server... in cPanel just browse to your email accounts there and see if any of them (there is a system default) have any emails sitting in them... you can certainly ask your host as well
    • SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT :woohoo:
