Does anyone know how to remove the parent URL from a main menu structure?
i.e.
SERVICES
- Websites
- Web Design
- Custom Development
- Consulting
Under Joomla core, the URL structure will be the following:
site.com/services/websites
site.com/services/websites/web-design
.....
How can we remove 'services' in the above URL structure? There seems to be a plugin in JED but am trying to avoid using plugins.
Direct Alias Plugin
We hope someone might have a tutorial on how to accomplish this. We understand changing core files is not always recommended but as mentioned above, we want to see if it's possible to edit the files vs. using a plugin.
