Hi there,
In simple terms - No!
I say this because if you can see an image on your screen it is already saved on your PC/Mac/Device albeit in temporary cache.
There are plenty of Joomla extensions that prevent right clicking but with tablets and phones there is no right click operation.
The only way to protect images is to embed them with specialist copyright code such as www.digimarc.com/products/guardian/images .
