  • SOLVED Blank Page on Template Mgr & RocketTheme modules

    • We are experiencing a blank page when accessing the Epsilon template manager in the admin area. Also, when I activate a new RokSprocket module on the site it causes a blank page. Furthermore, when attempting to modify an previously built RokSprocket module none of the features function such as the Advanced tab, or even Save and Close on the module.

      The only thing that has been changed is that we upgraded our server OS, PHP version, and Joomla version.

      With max error reporting this is the error that appears:

      I uninstalled RSFirewall and now only this error appears:

      Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/canyonsdistrict.org/httpdocs/libraries/phputf8/utils/unicode.php on line 208

    • increase your php memory_limit - you are running out of memory.

      Check all RT products are up-to-date too (backup before updating anything).

      Blank pages are usually server500 error.

      That was the ticket, we increased the memory to 256mb and things are now working properly.
