Is there a simple way to manage particles to share between sites ?

Yes i've found your guide and it's ok but i'm talking about a "simple" way
Built-in on backend..

That is simple? a backend "import/export" facility for particles is on the list for future developments as is a "marketplace". But for now that's the only way to do it.
