How to make particles stack more responsively?

- I have 7 particles lined up in a row, and I would like them to stack responsively as the viewport decreases.
  So far, the modules will line up fine in a row as they should on a desktop display.
  However, if the viewport is smaller than 1024, the modules stack one on top of the other.
  There doesn't seem to be any other possibility.
  
  What am I missing? How do I make the particles stack more responsively?

- There seems to be a problem with your code with that particles. This code should be in the block code and not outside of it.

- What can I do about it? I simply put several "HTML" particles in a row in the Utility section.

- Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
  
  For posting sensitive information you hit the Blue Reply Button and then you will see Secure Tab. Post all info that is sensitive in there, only Fellow Mods, Staff and I can see that!

- Hi! Thanks for the response.
  
  However, I still have the issue.
  
  On a resolution of 1024x768 the icons display horizontally (as they should).
  
  However, on a resolution of 800x600 or below, the icons display in one vertical line down the center of the page.
  
  Shouldn't they stack into columns?, getting fewer as the horizontal resolution reduces? Like boostrap?
  
  That is the effect I would like to achieve.
