Glitch with Gantry and JBusinessDirectory

hi,
we are experiencing a conflict between Gantry and the JBusinessDirectory component. their support team has tried to resolve it but says:
”the gantry framework is doing a redirect to the homepage before the jbusinessdirectoryUrl translator plugin is executed. please ask your template support to look into this.”
