SOLVED Cache path not defined for compiled file when picking an particle

Posted 8 years 4 months ago
    • Hi

I am a newbie to Gantry 5 and I have this issue in Joomla. I already searched the topics for my issue, but I can not seem to find a solution.

I am just starting to build a new website using Gantry 5.2.3 and Joomla! 3.4.5 and I have the Salient template.

When I add a new module, choose Gantry 5 particle, click on pick a particle I get this error (see screenshot):

      500 Internal Server Error

Oops, Cache path not defined for compiled file (C:\Webservices\htdocs/media/gantry5/engines/nucleus/particles/analytics.yaml)!.

      I cleared the cache already.

My url to the website is griffid.ssim.eu/index.php/nl/

      Thx for your help!
      Best regards, Chantal.

    • Dear Matt,

      Thank your reply.

It seems the issue is to be found here:

      github.com/gantry/gantry5/issues/1009

I had to assign a template to all languages. ( I am building a multi-language site and assigned a template for Dutch and one for the English language but no template was assigned to all languages. (I am still struggling with this all-language stuff, but that's a different story ;-))

      Thanks again!

      Best regards, Chantal.
